STIR FRIED RICE BALLS

Breakfast being the most important meal of the day, i always keep looking for new recipes and inspirations to create exciting as well as nutritious meal. I got inspired by mini idly but i dint have that much time to soak, grind and ferment the batter. So i came up with this instant alternative with rice powder and guess what?! This recipe can be categorised in south Indian cuisine since we will be using few ingredients we love in the south. I have used store bought rice powder which is easily available everywhere and you can use which ever rice flour you have.
